Plans & billing
Every Kiwami plan prices both a per-seat component and a usage
component — there's no plan where only one of those applies. A seat is
any organization member except a BILLING_ONLY one (someone who can see
invoices but doesn't otherwise use the product); usage is metered
run-minutes, summed from your completed runs' own start/finish times
within the current calendar month.
Plans
| Plan | Price per seat / month | Run-minutes included | Overage per minute after that |
|---|---|---|---|
| Individual | $3.00 | 50 | $0.20 |
| Starter | $5.00 | 200 | $0.15 |
| Team | $25.00 | 1,000 | $0.08 |
| Enterprise | $40.00 | 5,000 | $0.04 |
Individual is sized for exactly one person — there's no team to share a pooled run-minute allowance with, so its own allowance and seat price are both the smallest. The other three assume room to grow past one member.
Choosing a plan
You can pick a plan from the public pricing page before signing in — that choice carries through sign-in and into your new organization, so it's set correctly from the moment the organization exists rather than defaulting to Starter until you first visit the billing page. You can change your organization's plan at any time from its billing page.
What the billing page shows
Your organization's current plan, this month's usage estimate so far (seats × seat price, plus any run-minutes past the included allowance), and a sync now action that pushes your current seat count and usage to Stripe. A sync failure is shown directly on the page rather than silently swallowed, since syncing to Stripe is the entire point of that action.
What's not tracked yet
There's no persisted bill for a month once it's over — only ever a live "this month, right now" estimate. A past month's exact number isn't retrievable after the month turns over.
